Star Wars: Battlefront Will use dedicated servers when the game launches.
DICE announced that Star Wars: Battlefront will totally dedicated servers for the multiplayer, which will join the new matchmaking system that will be based on the skills and progress of each player.
In early September we learned that Star Wars: Battlefront will not have server browser, the classic feature of many FPS (first person shooter) the line that allows you to select the server you want and gives you some control over the type of items you’ll need.
One of the leading game design, Jamie Keen, said in an interview that: “It’s one of the hallmarks of making sure we deliver unparalleled online servers for the game,” Keen said.
Star Wars: Battlefront will arrive on November 17 to all systems.
